Great writing! I am doing a similar type of cleanse… man and other things… because I felt the need to dig deeper into why, even though I am clear on what I want and how, I was allowing the thoughts, decisions, poor choices and drama of others invade me and take over my well being. Not once, but many times. And I too saw that in order to keep our balance, it is important to look inward for as long as we need to… love this post. Thank you for sharing!
