When I started writing I did it because I was going through some challenges I couldn’t quite share with many. I have not only found a new great passion but have found my voice, which was almost non existent until then. Yes, I am curious about the stats, the claps, the fans, and so on, but my life has changed and like you said, I feel I am on a journey that has taken a life of its own. Thank you for sharing your wisdom. I have many things in common with you and reading your stories from the heart as well as some others here on Medium have helped me realized that writing is an expression of your heart and soul.
